- Membership Processing: Process 120 renewals per shift using AS400.
- Refund Handling: Resolve 45 member returns daily using POS terminals.
- Inquiry Management: Answer 80 daily phone calls regarding warehouse inventory.
- Account Upgrades: Upgrade 15 accounts to Executive tier per week.
